Learning About Water Safety

Year 3 looked at the potential dangers around water.

They were great at identifying and discussing the potential dangers and also thinking of solutions to the dangers, such as wearing life-jackets or keeping away from the edge of the water.

They all knew the number to call if someone was in difficulty - 999! T

hey also knew not to jump in to help someone! They've now all learnt that it is important to float on your back and wait for help, and some useful tips to help you float!
