Reporting Absence
We have introduced an additional way for parents to let school know if your child is not well and will not be in school. You can now email school at absence@aecps.org
If you do email, rather than telephone, then it is important to give the following information…
- Your child's full name
- Their Year Group
- The reason for the absence
- An anticipated return to school date (if possible)
Please note that if your child has suffered from sickness and/or diarrhoea then they must stay away from school for a minimum of 48 hours since the last period of sickness/diarrhoea.
