It is not a requirement that you have school experience. Candidates have reported that they found it beneficial as it can have a positive impact on your confidence and your understanding of the modern classroom. However, please do not see lack of experience as a reason to not apply.

Candidates will be invited to interview based on their applications. All interviews will take at Ashdene Primary School.
