HALLOWEEN DISCO! – THURSDAY 12TH OCTOBER 2023
Dear AECPS Parents,
Our annual Halloween Disco is here!
ENTRANCE: £3.50 per child, including unlimited water and a biscuit.
KS1 (Reception, Yr1 & 2): 3:15pm – 4:15 pm
Children will be taken straight from their classrooms to the disco.
If they would like to change - please send a change of a spooky outfit in their bags as they may change in their classroom. Please collect children promptly from their classroom after the disco.
KS2 (Yr3, 4, 5 & 6): 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Please may children be dropped off at the school hall at 4.30pm and be collected from the hall promptly at 5.30pm.
Tickets must be bought in advance using online payment (up to 2pm the day before the disco) https://www.pta-events.co.uk/alderley-edge/ (this is notthe Cheshire East payment page).
Please contact the PTA (pta@aecps.org or your parent rep) if buying tickets is difficult.
No paper tickets required – we will use the online sales information to confirm attendees.
All Children may bring extra money to spend as additional refreshments and novelty items will be available to buy (£2 - £3 should be enough).
Please do advise us of any allergies we should be aware of.
