Today your child will be sent home with an A4 white envelope (one per family) including:

· An orange emergency contact card (Years 1-6 only)

· Data collection sheet

· Home School Agreement

Once completed please return all documents, for each individual child, to the school office in a sealed envelope by no later than Monday 17th October 2022.
